In the online sale, a case of cheating the customer in the name of an exchange offer has come to light. Abhinav Bansal, a resident of Sant Nagar Phase-2, Dayalbagh, has accused the e-commerce website Flipkart of cheating in the press conference. Abhinav said that on October 15, he booked an iPhone in an exchange offer of the old phone in the sale.
For this, the company paid 1250 rupees in bank discount, and 2350 rupees of the old phone, online payment of 22,400 rupees. On October 17, at three o'clock, the delivery executive brought the phone. When he was given an old phone in the exchange, he refused to take the phone when the screen was broken.
The executive refused to take the phone even after he said that the exchange guideline wrote about taking the phone even if the screen was broken. The executive said to give Rs 2350 more in cash to give the iPhone. Even after explaining a lot, he did not agree and withdrew with the phone.
Abhinav told that after he left Flipkart tried to register the complaint on the Flipkart customer helpline number, but there was no hearing for half an hour. Later, getting upset, filed a complaint on Flipkart Support. A complaint has also been filed on Flipkart's Twitter account. So far, the company has not received any response from them. He will file a case in the Consumer Forum against cheating by the company.
