Describing the customer care officer of Flipkart, the person defrauded Ramesh Chand of village Kakroo for Rs 17,7770. This fraud is done by asking them the OTP number of the credit card. The person had asked them to refund the money before asking the OTP number. In such a situation, Ramesh told him the OTP number sent by message. In this way, he became a victim of the thugs. In the case, Baldev Nagar police station has initiated action by registering a case against unknown on the complaint of Ramesh Chand.

Ramesh Chand, operator of Nutricia International Private Limited Company in Laldoo, told the police that HDFC is the credit card of the bank in which the total amount was one lakh 80 thousand rupees. He had to get a new mobile. For this, he had a mobile book on Flipkart on 18 March.

On March 25, after receiving a cut of Rs 17770, the message of the phone being delivered was also received. When the phone did not come, they called the number given on Flipkart's site. The call receiver described himself as an officer of customer care.

After listening to the whole thing, he said that a credit card OTP will come to your number, which has to be told, and the money deducted will be refunded. In this way, an OTP came on Ramesh's mobile which he told the person. Shortly after this, after booking a mobile phone worth Rs 17770 with a credit card and Rs 1,60,000, the OTP number was deducted.
